昭和新山を眺めることができるのはもちろん、他にも、レストラン、お土産屋さん、火山村情報館、など様々な施設があります。
昭和新山は今でも蒸気をあげ続ける活火山で、エネルギーが満ち溢れているパワースポットとしても有名です。
ロープウェイに乗って有珠山に登ることもでき、洞爺湖と昭和新山を一望できます。
