展望塔の海底階が水族館になっており、オオカミウオやクリオネなどのオホーツクの水中生物を展示しています。
オホーツクの海中を覗ける窓があり、泳いでいる魚を見れます。
冬には、流氷を上からも下からも両方眺めることが出来ます。
